Refunds & Cancellations

More than 8 weeks before your event

  • Full refund available minus £10 administration fee per booking

  • Refunds can be processed for your entire booking or individual tickets

  • Add-ons and uncollected merchandise can be refunded alongside tickets

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds processed within 10 working days

Less than 8 weeks before your event

  • No refunds unless Singing with Nightingales cancels, postpones, or abandons an event before half the performance is complete

  • As an outdoor event, we proceed in all weather conditions except when severe weather compromises safety

  • Weather-related refunds are only given if we cancel, postpone, or abandon an event before half the performance is complete

Transfers

If you can no longer attend your date but would still like to use your tickets, you may:

  1. Transfer your booking to another date in the same season

  2. Transfer your booking to another person

Date Transfers

  • £10 administration fee per booking per transfer

  • Available up to 2 weeks before your event

  • Subject to availability on your preferred date. If there is no availability, you can join the waiting list

  • Limited to one transfer per customer

  • If your new date is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference

  • If your new date is less expensive, the difference is non-refundable

  • Add-ons cannot be guaranteed on your new date. If unavailable, they cannot be refunded

  • Transfer requests processed within 5 working days

Person Transfers

  • For any changes to personnel in a booking, ensure that new attendees are fully briefed on all essential pre-event information and the digital welcome pack has been shared with them and read

  • New attendees must provide contact information and event requirements before attending

  • If the Lead Booker changes, please notify Singing with Nightingales as early as possible

Workshops

  • 14 or more days before: Full refund available minus £10 administration fee

  • Less than 14 days before: No refund

  • Workshop bookings cannot be transferred to alternative dates

If Singing with Nightingales needs to cancel a workshop:

  • We will provide at least 72 hours notice where possible

  • A full refund will be provided

Important Notes

  • All refunds and transfers are processed at our discretion

  • We encourage early notification if you can't make it to help ensure others can attend

Bull Pen Accommodation

  • Bull Pen accommodation bookings are subject to final confirmation. We will confirm availability within 48 hours of your booking.

Age Requirements

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult

Health & Safety

  • Events take place in natural woodland settings with inherent risks

  • Participants must be capable of walking on uneven ground in the dark

  • Please follow staff instructions at all times

  • Appropriate footwear and weather-suitable clothing are required

  • We may need to modify or cancel events due to severe weather or safety concerns

Restrictions

You may not bring:

  • Pets

  • Professional recording equipment or drones

Photography & Recording

  • Flash photography is not allowed

  • Personal photography for private use is allowed

  • Commercial photography/filming requires prior written permission

  • Please be mindful of other guests when taking photos

Liability

  • We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety

  • Participation is at your own risk

  • We are not liable for:

    • Personal injury (except where caused by our negligence)

    • Loss or damage to personal property

    • Indirect or consequential losses

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the event

Additional Information

  • Please respect the natural environment and wildlife

  • Follow the Countryside Code

  • We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately or compromise others' enjoyment
