Enjoy locally sourced food and drink around the warmth of the fire in preparation for the evening's adventure.

As you arrive, you'll be greeted with a delicious range of hot and cold drinks to suit all tastes, including foraged herbal teas and locally brewed kombucha from Old Tree Brewery. Your two-course dinner is crafted by our chef and is usually a delicious vegetable curry with sweet baked goods supplied by local suppliers, Sussex Surplus.

All food will be vegan and gluten-free. Dessert will have vegan and gluten-free options. All dishes are nut-free though they are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts. If you did not already do so when purchasing your tickets, please let us know as soon as possible if anyone in your party has any specific allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of, at least two weeks before your event date.

    Fruity Javanese curry

    An Indonesian-inspired dish, with tamarind, white turmeric, tomato and coconut milk - but relying on local vegetables of the season. Thai jasmine rice with clove. Banana Peel saved food from Sussex Surplus.

    Breakfast (for campers)

    SWN Bircher Muesli

    Overnight oats, oat milk, desiccated coconut, raisins and cinnamon.
