Noga Ritter
Noga Ritter is a London-based singer-songwriter, band leader, and workshop facilitator whose music blends Hebrew Jazz with global grooves. With songs sung in both Hebrew and English, she weaves intimate and personal stories into a compelling narrative of social-global issues. Her performances, whether stripped-down or with her full 10-piece band, are passionate and energetic, captivating audiences and getting them moving to the soul of her music.
Noga released her debut solo album in May 2023 with Galileo Music. The album, recorded with support from the Arts Council England and Help Musicians UK, features 14 incredible musicians including the award-winning artists Seckou Keita on Kora, Byron Wallen on trumpet, Tony Kofi on saxophone and produced by Liran Donin.
Since launching her solo project at the end of 2018 Noga has performed across the UK, including a recent sold-out show at EFG London Jazz Festival. Noga performed on BBC1 TV promoting her album ‘Ima’ which she launched with a sold-out 10-piece band show at the Forge Camden in July 2023. Following the release she toured in Italy, the UK, Germany and Brazil.
Alongside her solo project, Noga has recorded and toured internationally with her former project Vocal Global as well as collaborating with artists across Europe, Senegal, Israel/ Palestine, Argentina, Brazil and Sierra Leone such as The Grand Union Orchestra, Jyotsna Srikanth, Mike King Collective, Sura Susso and SAHAD.
